This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, standard for all Graphic Designer engagements in Sri Lanka Colombo:
- 50% Advance Payment (LKR 309,750): Due upon acceptance of this quotation to commence work.
- 30% Milestone Payment (LKR 185,850): Due upon approval of the brand identity package (Item 1).
- 20% Final Payment (LKR 123,900): Due upon final file handover and project completion.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to PixelCraft Design Studio (Pvt) Ltd, Commercial Bank, Colombo Main Branch, A/C No: 1023-4567-890. Cheques are accepted payable to "PixelCraft Design Studio (Pvt) Ltd." A 1.5% monthly interest will apply to overdue balances exceeding 14 days.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- The Graphic Designer will provide up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable as stated. Additional revision rounds will be billed at LKR 15,000 per round.
- Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback. Delays in client approval exceeding five (5) business days per milestone will extend the overall timeline proportionally.
- All work will be conducted in accordance with Sri Lankan copyright law and industry best practices. The Graphic Designer guarantees that all deliverables are original and free from third-party intellectual property infringement.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- PixelCraft Design Studio is not liable for print production errors arising from third-party printers. We recommend using our approved print partners in Sri Lanka Colombo for optimal results.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Colombo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services to be delivered in Sri Lanka Colombo.
