Note: This Quotation Estimate is denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG). For international clients, an equivalent amount in USD may be quoted at the Central Bank of Sudan's published exchange rate on the date of contract signing. All prices are inclusive of the Graphic Designer's professional time, software licensing, and local production coordination within Sudan Khartoum.

Milestone Payment: 35% (140,525 SDG) due upon approval of Phase 3 deliverables by the client.
Final Payment: 25% (100,375 SDG) due upon delivery of all source files and final sign-off.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Bank of Khartoum, Branch: Al-Nil, Sudan Khartoum, or by certified cheque.
Late payments beyond 14 days will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Sudanese commercial practice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market rates in Sudan Khartoum.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full payment. Until then, Creative Vision Studio retains all rights.
The assigned Graphic Designer will serve as the single point of contact throughout the project. Substitution of personnel requires written client consent.
Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
Creative Vision Studio is not liable for print production errors made by third-party printers in Sudan Khartoum, though we will assist in quality checks prior to print release.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Sudan, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Khartoum.
Confidentiality: All client data, brand assets, and project details shared during the engagement are treated as strictly confidential by our Graphic Designer team.
