The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will operate from our studio premises in the heart of Switzerland Zurich, ensuring proximity to the client's offices and facilitating in-person creative workshops, feedback sessions, and collaborative design reviews. The scope encompasses logo development, corporate stationery design, digital marketing assets, packaging illustrations, and a complete brand guideline document. This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, which is standard practice for Graphic Designer engagements in Switzerland Zurich:

30% advance payment (CHF 14,415.14) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
40% milestone payment (CHF 19,220.18) due upon approval of the primary logo concept and stationery suite.
30% final payment (CHF 14,415.13) due upon delivery of all final source files and the completed brand guideline document.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of SwissDesign Studio AG at UBS AG, Switzerland Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7). Invoices are issued in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date in accordance with Swiss commercial practice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions for Graphic Designer services in Switzerland Zurich.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Graphic Designer is entitled to a maximum of two (2) revision rounds per deliverable as specified in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of CHF 150.00 per hour.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties. The Graphic Designer will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional work.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland Zurich.
The Graphic Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance in accordance with Swiss regulations. The client acknowledges that the Graphic Designer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
All work will be performed in compliance with Swiss copyright law (UrhG) and applicable data protection regulations (nFADP). The Graphic Designer guarantees that all design elements are original and free from third-party intellectual property claims.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures in Switzerland Zurich, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services as described. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement between SwissDesign Studio AG (Switzerland Zurich) and Alpenblick Marketing GmbH.
