- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Graphic Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to commence work. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon final delivery and client approval of all deliverables.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Graphic Designer will provide a minimum of three (3) initial concepts for each major deliverable. Revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at TZS 75,000 per additional round.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with the Tanzania Copyright and Related Rights Act (Cap. 336) and applicable regulations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account details provided, or by certified cheque. All payments are due within seven (7) business days of invoice issuance.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any scope changes.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to decline projects that involve content contrary to Tanzanian law, public order, or professional ethical standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
