The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering all visual assets required for the client's upcoming product launch campaign in Turkey Ankara and across the broader Turkish market. The Graphic Designer will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the signed Quotation Estimate and initial project brief. The total estimated duration for all deliverables is eight (8) weeks from the start date. Milestone-based progress reports will be shared with the client every Friday. The final delivery of all print-ready and digital files is scheduled for the end of Week 8, ensuring alignment with the client's product launch timeline in Turkey Ankara.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the brand identity and packaging design phases, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off.
- All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the studio's registered account in Ankara, Turkey. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Turkish tax regulations.
- The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source files until final payment is received in full. Upon clearance of the Grand Total, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client.
- Any additional work, scope changes, or revisions beyond the three included rounds will be quoted separately at a rate of 1,500.00 TRY per hour, as determined by the Graphic Designer.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. The executed document shall serve as the governing agreement for the engagement.
- All work will be performed in compliance with the Turkish Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 551) and applicable regulations within Turkey Ankara.
- Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, trade secrets, and project materials shared during the course of this engagement.
