The Graphic Designer will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving a signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The anticipated total project duration is ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks, with milestone deliveries scheduled as follows:

Weeks 1–3: Brand Identity Development (Item 01) – Initial concepts and final brand system delivery.
Weeks 4–6: Marketing Collateral (Item 02) and Packaging Design (Item 04) – Parallel workstreams.
Weeks 7–12: Digital & Social Media Graphics (Item 03) – Ongoing monthly production cycle.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon delivery of the Brand Identity and Marketing Collateral milestones, and the remaining 30% upon final project completion and acceptance. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Anatolia Creative Studio LLC account at Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Turkish commercial law and will include the applicable KDV (VAT) as specified in this Quotation Estimate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Turkey Istanbul market, changes in material costs, or adjustments to the Graphic Designer's availability. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the services, timelines, and fees described herein. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and is non-transferable. All intellectual property rights in the Graphic Designer's work remain with Anatolia Creative Studio LLC until full payment is received. Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights are transferred to the client as stipulated in Item 06. This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
