The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of Graphic Designer services including but not limited to brand identity development, print and digital media design, packaging design, social media asset creation, and corporate stationery design. All work will be executed by our senior Graphic Designer team based in our Kampala office, ensuring local market relevance and cultural sensitivity appropriate for the Uganda Kampala business environment.

3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon final delivery of all Graphic Designer deliverables.
All payments shall be made in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) via bank transfer to the VisualCraft Design Studio account at Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch.
The Graphic Designer team reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable as outlined in the scope. Additional revisions will be billed at UGX 150,000 per hour.
All source files (AI, PSD, INDD) will be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback. Delays in client approval beyond 5 business days per milestone will extend the overall schedule proportionally.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for stock imagery, fonts, or specialized software plugins unless explicitly stated.
Any changes to the scope of work after project commencement will require a written change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uganda, with jurisdiction in the courts of Uganda Kampala.
VisualCraft Design Studio shall not be held liable for print production errors made by third-party printers not supervised by our Graphic Designer team.

Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for professional Graphic Designer services in Uganda Kampala as of June 2025. All prices are inclusive of standard project management but exclusive of travel expenses if on-site work outside Kampala city limits is required.

4. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services as prepared by VisualCraft Design Studio, Uganda Kampala. The client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in Section 3 above.
