Our dedicated Graphic Designer team, comprising senior visual artists, brand strategists, and digital specialists based in our United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi studio, will deliver the following services as part of this engagement. The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will work in close collaboration with the client's internal marketing team to ensure all visual outputs align with Al Noor Hospitality Group's strategic objectives and the cultural and aesthetic expectations of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi market.

The Graphic Designer team estimates a total project duration of eight (8) weeks from the date of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The timeline includes a one-week discovery and research phase, three weeks for core design development, two weeks for refinement and client feedback integration, and two weeks for final production and delivery. All milestones will be communicated via the project management portal and confirmed in weekly meetings held at our United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi office or via video conference at the client's convenience.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi creative services industry.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon approval of core design concepts, and 20% upon final delivery of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to our United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi corporate account.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer and PixelCraft Design Studio LLC retain the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Any additional services, scope changes, or revision rounds beyond the three included in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at a rate of AED 850 per hour for the assigned Graphic Designer and must be approved in writing by both parties before work commences.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
PixelCraft Design Studio LLC is registered with the Department of Economic Development (DED) in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and holds a valid trade license for creative and design services. Our Graphic Designer staff are all UAE-resident professionals with valid work permits.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of our Graphic Designer services. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement for the scope of work described.
