The Graphic Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and tasks, all tailored to the client's brand identity and marketing objectives within the competitive United Arab Emirates Dubai commercial landscape:
- Brand Identity Development: Design and refinement of the corporate logo, color palette, typography system, and brand guidelines document (minimum 40-page brand book).
- Marketing Collateral Design: Creation of print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and promotional banners (up to 15 distinct layouts).
- Digital and Social Media Assets: Design of 60 social media post templates, 12 email newsletter layouts, and 8 website banner graphics optimized for all major platforms.
- Presentation and Proposal Design: Development of a 30-slide corporate presentation template and 5 custom proposal document layouts.
- Event and Exhibition Graphics: Design of booth graphics, roll-up banners, and signage for up to 2 trade exhibitions held in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
- Revisions and Support: Up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable, with ongoing design consultation available during the project duration.

The Graphic Designer will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the initial project brief. The total estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the start date, with milestone deliveries scheduled at weeks 3, 6, 9, and 12. All timelines are subject to timely client feedback within three (3) business days of each milestone delivery.
- Advance Payment: 40% (AED 37,842.00) due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement.
- Milestone Payment: 30% (AED 28,381.50) due upon delivery of the Brand Identity and Print Collateral packages (Week 6).
- Final Payment: 30% (AED 28,381.50) due upon final delivery of all remaining assets and source files (Week 12).
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Creative Pixel Studio LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai creative services sector.
- All work produced by the Graphic Designer under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of Creative Pixel Studio LLC until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights, including source files, shall be transferred to the client.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed separately.
- Any additional work, revisions beyond the agreed three (3) rounds, or scope changes will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services as described. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the services rendered in the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
