In accordance with standard commercial practice in United Kingdom London, payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

30% deposit (£7,192.80) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement, prior to commencement of any Graphic Designer work.
40% interim payment (£9,590.40) due upon delivery and client approval of the primary visual identity and brand guidelines package.
30% final balance (£7,192.80) due within fourteen (14) calendar days of final delivery of all source files and completion of the project.

All payments shall be made by BACS transfer to the bank account of Meridian Creative Studio Ltd, or by cheque payable to "Meridian Creative Studio Ltd" and posted to our London address. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, the Graphic Designer rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
All work produced by our Graphic Designer team remains the intellectual property of Meridian Creative Studio Ltd until full and final payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final balance, all rights, titles, and interests in the deliverables shall transfer to the client.
The client shall provide no fewer than two (2) rounds of consolidated feedback per design phase. Additional revision cycles beyond those specified in Section 2 shall be billed at the applicable Graphic Designer hourly rate stated in this Quotation Estimate.
Third-party costs, including but not limited to premium stock photography, licensed typeface purchases, and specialist print finishing (foil stamping, embossing, spot UV), are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be invoiced at cost with a 10% handling surcharge.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Quotation Estimate or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
Meridian Creative Studio Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance in the sum of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance in the sum of £10,000,000, both compliant with the requirements of the Design and Art Directors' Association (D&AD) and the British Standards Institution.
Our Graphic Designer team commits to a minimum twelve (12) week delivery timeline from the date of the deposit payment. Delays attributable to client feedback turnaround exceeding five (5) working days per phase shall extend the timeline proportionally.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in full and agrees to the scope of Graphic Designer services, the total cost of £23,976.00 (inclusive of VAT), and all terms and conditions set out herein. This signed Quotation Estimate shall constitute a binding service agreement between the parties for the duration of the project.
