The Graphic Designer engagement is projected to span approximately eight (8) weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule is as follows:

• Weeks 1–2: Discovery, mood boards, and initial concept presentations by the Graphic Designer.
• Weeks 3–4: Brand identity development and client feedback cycles.
• Weeks 5–6: Production of marketing collateral, digital assets, and packaging designs.
• Week 7: Final revisions, quality assurance, and file preparation.

• A non-refundable deposit of 40% ($8,053.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• A second payment of 35% ($7,047.08) is due upon approval of the brand identity phase (end of Week 4).
• The remaining balance of 25% ($5,033.62) is due upon final file delivery and project completion.
• All payments are to be made via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check to CreativeEdge Design Studio, Houston, Texas. Invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee after 15 days past due.

• This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the formal Service Agreement.
• All work produced by our Graphic Designer team remains the intellectual property of CreativeEdge Design Studio until full payment is received.
• The client grants CreativeEdge Design Studio permission to display completed work in its portfolio, subject to a 30-day embargo period if requested in writing.
