The Graphic Designer engagement is projected to span a total of eight (8) weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule is structured to accommodate the fast-paced creative demands typical of the United States New York City business environment:

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates may be adjusted to reflect current United States New York City market conditions.

4.2 Payment Schedule: A 40% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is payable in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of Week 4 deliverables and 30% upon final project delivery. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.

4.3 Revisions: The Graphic Designer fee includes three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable category. Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.

4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design assets and source files become the exclusive property of the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to client approval for confidential projects.

4.5 Cancellation: Should the client cancel the engagement after work has commenced, all hours logged by the Graphic Designer team up to the cancellation date shall be invoiced. The initial 40% deposit is non-refundable.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, with jurisdiction in the courts of the United States New York City metropolitan area.

4.7 Late Payments: Overdue balances shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with New York State commercial practice.
