Based on the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the Graphic Designer team anticipates a total project duration of eight (8) weeks from the date of contract execution. The initial concept presentations will be delivered within the first two weeks, followed by iterative refinement cycles. All final deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG) suitable for both print and digital reproduction. The project will be managed from our United States San Francisco office, with weekly progress meetings scheduled for the client's convenience.
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change after the expiration date without prior notice.
2. Payment Schedule: A 40% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is due upon final delivery of all approved deliverables. Payments are accepted via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check made payable to PixelCraft Design Studio.
3. Revisions: Each line item includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions as specified. Additional revision rounds will be billed at the Graphic Designer's hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design assets and source files transfer ownership to the client. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation: Should the client cancel the project after work has commenced, the 40% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to project commencement will result in a 10% administrative fee.
6. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
7. Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer team agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials, trade secrets, and proprietary information shared during the course of this engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes PixelCraft Design Studio to proceed with the Graphic Designer services as described herein. The client agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this document.
