This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment conditions, applicable to all Graphic Designer services rendered in Venezuela Caracas:

Initial Deposit: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount ($5,320.00) due upon signed acceptance to commence work by our Graphic Designer.
Milestone Payment: 30% ($3,990.00) due upon delivery of the brand identity package and stationery suite.
Final Payment: 30% ($3,990.00) due upon final delivery of all remaining deliverables and client sign-off.
All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to our account at Banco Mercantil, Caracas branch, or through approved international payment platforms.
Late payments exceeding 15 business days will incur a monthly interest rate of 2% as per Venezuelan commercial regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Graphic Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Venezuela Caracas.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Caracas Creative Studio, C.A.
Our Graphic Designer will provide up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Additional revision cycles will be billed at $75.00 per hour.
All design work will be conducted in compliance with Venezuelan intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual) and applicable regulations in Venezuela Caracas.
Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback. Delays in client approval exceeding five (5) business days per milestone will extend the overall project timeline accordingly.
Our Graphic Designer team guarantees confidentiality of all client materials, trade secrets, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing fees for stock photography, fonts, or software plugins unless explicitly stated in the scope of work.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work by our Graphic Designer commences.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Venezuela Caracas, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
