This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of Phase 2 deliverables, and the remaining 30% upon final project acceptance. All payments shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the account of CreativeEdge Design Studio, registered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will provide a minimum of three (3) initial concept rounds for each major deliverable, followed by up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of 1,500,000 VND per hour. All source files (AI, PSD, INDD, PPTX) will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Intellectual property rights for all final approved designs will transfer to the client upon completion of payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing fees for stock photography, premium fonts, or specialized software plugins unless explicitly stated. Any additional services requested outside the defined scope will be subject to a separate written amendment to this estimate.
Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for professional Graphic Designer services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City as of June 2025. Rates are subject to adjustment based on project complexity, urgency, and any changes in scope agreed upon in writing by both parties.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, pricing, and scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
