Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in product costs, exchange rates, or operational adjustments within our Australia Sydney salon.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- The services outlined in this estimate are to be performed by a qualified and licensed Hairdresser registered under the Australian Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing industry standards. All practitioners at Sydney Luxe Hair Studio hold current National Accredited Qualifications (NAQ) in Hairdressing.
- A deposit of 20% (one hundred and fifty-five dollars and seventy-six cents, i.e., $155.76) is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, in accordance with standard Australia Sydney salon industry practice.
- Payment of the remaining balance is due at the time of service completion. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), EFTPOS, and bank transfer. No cash payments are accepted for amounts exceeding $1,000 AUD in line with Australian anti-money laundering regulations.
- All colour and chemical treatments are subject to a mandatory patch test 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is a legal requirement under Australian workplace health and safety legislation and is essential for the safety of our clients.
- The Hairdresser performing your service will conduct a final consultation prior to any chemical application to confirm shade, length, and desired outcome. Minor adjustments to the quoted services may be made at this stage, and any additional costs will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned by the client. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
- Our salon operates in compliance with all applicable Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provisions. You are entitled to a remedy if the services provided are not of acceptable quality, are not fit for the purpose disclosed, or do not match the description provided in this estimate.
