1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.

2. The Hairdresser services outlined in this estimate are to be performed by our certified senior Hairdresser, Mr. Arif Hossain, or a designated equivalent-level professional from our Bangladesh Dhaka team. The client shall be informed in advance if a substitute is assigned.

3. A 50% advance payment (BDT 5,762.50) is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance shall be settled upon completion of all services. Payment may be made via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or cash at our Bangladesh Dhaka salon location.

4. Rescheduling: The client may reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate amount.

5. All products used (shampoos, conditioners, dyes, keratin treatments) are imported, dermatologically tested, and sourced through verified suppliers in Bangladesh Dhaka. Product costs are included in the rates specified above.

6. The Home Visit Surcharge applies to addresses within the municipal boundaries of Bangladesh Dhaka (Dhaka City Corporation limits). For locations outside this area, an additional travel charge of ৳ 5 per kilometer will apply.

7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the advance payment has been received. The Hairdresser studio reserves the right to decline service if the client's hair condition presents risks not disclosed during the initial consultation.

8. Any additional services requested on the day beyond those listed in this estimate will be charged at the standard Bangladesh Dhaka rate card and require prior written approval from the client.

9. In the event of any dispute, this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the consumer protection laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and all matters shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh Dhaka courts.

10. Our Hairdresser team guarantees satisfaction. If the client is not fully satisfied with the outcome of the haircut or styling, a complimentary re-do will be performed within 48 hours at no additional cost.
