1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate issued by our Hairdresser studio in DR Congo Kinshasa remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. After this period, a revised estimate may be required to reflect current market conditions.
2. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payment in US Dollars (USD), Congolese Francs (CDF), Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), and bank transfer to our account at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo) in Kinshasa. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
4. Service Guarantee: Our Hairdresser team in DR Congo Kinshasa guarantees complete satisfaction with all services rendered. If you are not fully satisfied with your haircut, color, or styling, we will rework the service at no additional charge within 48 hours of the appointment.
5. Products Used: All hairdressing products, dyes, extensions, and consumables are sourced from certified suppliers. Imported products are subject to customs clearance in DR Congo Kinshasa, and any delays may affect availability. We will notify you in advance if a specific product is temporarily unavailable.
