- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Salon de Coiffure Lumière Méditerranée, a registered Hairdresser business operating in France Marseille, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue stated above.
- All Hairdresser services described in this Quotation Estimate must be booked and confirmed in writing (email or in-person) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment at our France Marseille location.
- Payment for the full amount of this Quotation Estimate is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, bank card (CB), and major credit cards. No payment by cheque is accepted for Hairdresser services exceeding €150.00, in line with French anti-fraud regulations.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value will apply if the client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled Hairdresser appointment. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- All Hairdresser products used during the treatment are sourced from certified European suppliers and comply with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Full ingredient lists are available upon request at our France Marseille salon.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. The Hairdresser salon reserves the right to adjust service times based on the condition of the client's hair as assessed during the initial diagnostic.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. The competent jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to Hairdresser services in France Marseille shall be the Tribunal Judiciaire de Marseille.
- Client data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). Data is retained for a maximum of five years for fiscal and legal compliance purposes.
