4. Client Preparation: Clients must arrive at the designated location in Frankfurt am Main no later than 30 minutes before their scheduled Hairdresser appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time without additional charge.
5. Allergies & Sensitivities: All clients must disclose any known allergies to hairdressing products (dyes, keratin, shampoos) at the time of the initial Hairdresser consultation. Salon Elegance Frankfurt assumes no liability for adverse reactions to products applied in accordance with standard Hairdresser practice.
6. Weather & Venue: For outdoor or semi-outdoor events in Frankfurt, the Hairdresser team requires access to a covered area with adequate lighting and power supply. The venue must provide these facilities at no additional cost to the Hairdresser service.
7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the event incurs a 50% fee of the Quotation Estimate total. Cancellation within 14 days incurs the full deposit amount. The Hairdresser team reserves the right to reschedule if force majeure events (e.g., severe weather in Frankfurt) prevent service delivery.
8. Confidentiality: All client information and styling preferences shared during the Hairdresser consultation are treated as confidential in accordance with the German General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO / GDPR).
9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
