Terms & Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by Salon & Studio München for the provision of Hairdresser services in Germany Munich. Acceptance of this estimate by the client shall constitute a binding service agreement.
2. The Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in product costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements applicable to Hairdresser businesses in Bavaria.
3. All services listed in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a qualified Hairdresser holding a valid Meisterbrief (Master Craftsman Certificate) as required under the German Handwerksordnung for the operation of a Hairdresser (Friseur) business in Germany Munich.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
5. All products used in the Hairdresser services comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and are sourced from approved suppliers within Germany. Allergen information is available upon request in accordance with German consumer protection law.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be Munich, Germany.
7. The Hairdresser services described herein are subject to the general terms and conditions of business (AGB) of Salon & Studio München, which are available at the salon and upon written request.
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the Quotation Estimate and the final invoice, the final invoice issued in accordance with German tax law (UStG) shall prevail.
