Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in product costs or service adjustments at our Hairdresser studio in Ghana Accra.
- A deposit of 30% of the total estimated amount (GHS 2,225.25) is required to confirm your appointment. The balance is due upon completion of all services.
- Payment may be made via mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Cash), bank transfer to our account at Ecobank Ghana (Accra Main Branch), or cash at the studio.
- Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of the booked time will incur a 20% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- All Hairdresser services are performed by certified and experienced stylists at our Ghana Accra location. We use only premium, cruelty-free hair care products sourced from reputable international suppliers.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. It serves as a good-faith estimate of the expected costs for the described Hairdresser services.
- Our studio operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please confirm your preferred date and time upon acceptance.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require prior written approval from the client.
- We maintain a strict hygiene protocol. All tools are sterilized between clients, and fresh towels and capes are provided for every Hairdresser session at our Ghana Accra facility.
- For any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, Accra.
