3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate issued by our Hairdresser studio in India New Delhi shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised due to changes in product costs, labour rates, or government-mandated tax adjustments applicable in New Delhi, India.
3.2 Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the Hairdresser appointment. The remaining 50% balance shall be payable upon completion of all services. Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our New Delhi, India location.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: In the event the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the Hairdresser service, a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation charge on the total Quotation Estimate amount.
3.4 Service Location: All services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed at our registered Hairdresser premises located in Connaught Place, New Delhi, India, unless a home visit has been specifically arranged and charged as indicated in item 8 above.
3.5 Product Guarantee: All hair products used during the Hairdresser session are sourced from certified suppliers in India and carry a minimum six-month shelf life. Our studio in India New Delhi guarantees the authenticity and quality of all products applied.
3.6 Liability: The Hairdresser and the studio shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client prior to the service. The client is advised to inform the Hairdresser of any known sensitivities before the procedure begins.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer courts in New Delhi, India.

A tax invoice will be generated upon completion of services and full payment.
