- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period expires, all Hairdresser service rates and product costs are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All Hairdresser services listed in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by certified and experienced stylists from our Indonesia Jakarta headquarters team. Each Hairdresser professional holds a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of all Hairdresser services.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, a.n. PT. Jakarta Prestige Hair Studio, Indonesia Jakarta.
- Rescheduling of any Hairdresser appointment must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours will incur a 25% service fee of the affected Hairdresser session cost.
- All premium Hairdresser products used in this engagement are sourced from internationally recognized brands and are fully compliant with BPOM (Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control) regulations applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include travel or accommodation costs for the Hairdresser team should the service location extend beyond the Greater Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area (South, North, Central, East, and West Jakarta).
- Any additional Hairdresser services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at our standard Indonesia Jakarta rate card.
