- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Hairdresser reserves the right to revise pricing based on market conditions in Iran Tehran.
- A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm the appointment and secure the client's preferred date and time with the designated Hairdresser.
- The remaining 70% balance shall be payable upon completion of all services. Payment may be made in cash (IRR), bank transfer, or via Shetab card at the studio located in Tehran.
- All services will be performed by the lead Hairdresser, Mr. Amir Hosseini, or a stylist of equivalent seniority. The client will be informed in advance if a substitution is necessary.
- The Quotation Estimate includes all standard materials and products. Any additional treatments or premium product upgrades requested during the session will be quoted separately and require prior client approval.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs for the Hairdresser services described herein.
- All services are performed in compliance with the health and safety regulations set forth by the Tehran Municipality and the Iranian Ministry of Health. The studio maintains full licensing and insurance coverage.
- The client acknowledges that hair coloring and chemical treatments may produce results that vary slightly from the reference images or descriptions provided during consultation. The Hairdresser will use professional judgment to achieve the closest possible result.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if necessary, through the consumer protection office of Tehran Province.
