The Hairdresser services outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by certified and experienced stylists at our Iraq Baghdad location. All services will adhere to the following professional standards:
- All hairdressing tools, clippers, scissors, and combs will be sterilized using hospital-grade autoclave equipment prior to each client session.
- Only internationally certified, dermatologically tested products will be used. No unregistered or counterfeit substances will be applied to the client's hair or scalp.
- The senior Hairdresser assigned to this engagement will conduct a preliminary consultation to assess hair type, scalp condition, and desired outcome before any service begins.
- All services will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. The estimated total duration for the full package is approximately 4 to 5 hours, subject to the complexity of the styling requirements.
- Complimentary beverages (tea, coffee, or soft drinks) will be provided throughout the session at our Baghdad salon.
- Payment Schedule: A 50% advance payment (286,125 IQD) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Hairdresser's schedule. The remaining 50% (286,125 IQD) shall be settled upon completion of all services.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash (Iraqi Dinar), bank transfer to our account at the Central Bank of Iraq, or approved mobile payment services available in Baghdad.
- Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). No foreign currency conversions will be applied.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in imported product costs within Iraq Baghdad.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit 25% of the advance as an administrative fee.
- Warranty: The Hairdresser guarantees satisfaction with the final styling result. In the unlikely event the client is not satisfied, a complimentary re-styling session will be offered within 72 hours of the original service.
- Liability: Al-Rasheed Premium Hair Salon shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed during the initial consultation.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Baghdad.
