- This Quotation Estimate is issued by The Golden Shears Hairdresser Studio, a registered Hairdresser business operating in Israel Jerusalem, and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required due to potential changes in product pricing or Hairdresser service rates.
- All Hairdresser services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a certified and licensed Hairdresser professional holding a valid Israeli cosmetology license issued by the Ministry of Health, Israel Jerusalem district.
- The client agrees to arrive at the Hairdresser studio no more than ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration at the discretion of the Hairdresser team.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of the Hairdresser appointment must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
