1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the Hairdresser salon in Naples, Italy reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in product costs, exchange rates, or seasonal demand.
2. Scheduling: Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the client will be offered a preferred appointment slot. The full treatment session is estimated to require approximately four (4) hours and fifteen minutes, including the initial consultation. The Hairdresser team recommends arriving fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
3. Payment Terms: Full payment of € 552.66 (five hundred fifty-two Euros and sixty-six cents) is due at the conclusion of the service. We accept cash, bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfer to our Naples, Italy account. A 15% deposit (€ 82.90) is required to confirm the booking and is deducted from the final balance.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty, subject to availability at our Naples, Italy salon.
5. Product Guarantee: All colour and chemical treatments performed by our Hairdresser professionals carry a fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee. Should the client be dissatisfied with the result, a complimentary corrective session will be arranged within the guarantee period.
6.
