Payment Terms: 50% deposit (414.80 EUR) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Hairdresser appointment slot. The remaining balance (414.80 EUR) is payable on the day of service at our Rome, Italy salon. We accept bank transfer (bonifico bancario), major credit/debit cards, and cash. A receipt (scontrino fiscale) will be issued in compliance with Italian tax law.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the cost of Hairdresser products and materials sourced within Italy.
- Booking: Upon written or verbal acceptance, the Hairdresser team will confirm the appointment date and time. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Allergies and Sensitivities: The client is required to disclose any known allergies to Hairdresser chemicals, dyes, or treatments prior to the commencement of any service. A patch test will be performed 48 hours before any colour application.
- Liability: While our Hairdresser professionals in Rome, Italy exercise the highest degree of care, the salon shall not be held liable for adverse reactions to Hairdresser products that are not disclosed in advance by the client.
- Privacy: All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be processed in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
