Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Hairdresser services in Japan Tokyo may be subject to revision due to changes in product costs, labor rates, or market conditions.
Payment Terms: Full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), and electronic payment via Konbini or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to secure the Hairdresser appointment slot.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled Hairdresser appointment will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of this Quotation Estimate.

Should the client be dissatisfied with the result of any service listed in this Quotation Estimate, a complimentary re-do will be performed within seven (7) days of the original appointment.
