1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to changes in product costs or market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% (KES 122,380) is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance of 50% (KES 122,380) shall be settled on the day of service delivery. Payment may be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer to our Nairobi account, or cheque.
3. Scheduling: Our Hairdresser team will coordinate with your office manager to confirm the exact date and time of the on-site service. We recommend scheduling at least seven (7) days in advance to ensure full availability of our senior Hairdresser staff.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% service fee. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
5. Service Guarantee: As a reputable Hairdresser in Kenya Nairobi, we guarantee complete satisfaction with all services rendered. Should any client be dissatisfied with their styling, our Hairdresser will rework the service at no additional charge within 24 hours.
6. Products Used: All treatments will utilise premium, cruelty-free hair care products sourced from internationally recognised brands. We maintain a fully stocked inventory in our Nairobi facility to ensure consistency and quality.
7. Health & Safety: Our Hairdresser team adheres to all Kenya Public Health Directorate guidelines. All tools are sterilised between clients, and single-use items are disposed of properly. We operate in full compliance with Nairobi County health regulations.
8. Liability: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. Luxury Cuts & Styles Hairdresser shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the services described herein.
9. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
