This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any updated Hairdresser service pricing in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur will be issued at no additional cost.
Payment is due in full within seven (7) working days of the service date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay). A 10% deposit is required to confirm the Hairdresser appointment slot.
- This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs for the Hairdresser services described herein. Final charges may vary by up to 5% depending on hair length, density, and product consumption during the session.
- All Hairdresser services will be performed at our Malaysia Kuala Lumpur studio located at Pavilion KL. The client is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the venue.
- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- Our Hairdresser team will conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to any colour treatment to ensure no allergic reaction occurs. The client must disclose all known allergies and medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Golden Shears Hair Studio holds a valid premises licence issued by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and all Hairdresser practitioners are registered with the Malaysian Hairdressers Association (MAHA).
- All products used in this Quotation Estimate package are imported, halal-certified, and comply with the Malaysian Standard (MS) for cosmetic safety. Product brands include L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Olaplex.
- The client's personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Kuala Lumpur Mediation Centre before any legal proceedings are initiated in the courts of Malaysia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include parking fees, which are the client's responsibility. Complimentary valet parking is available for clients presenting this Quotation Estimate document at the Pavilion KL concierge desk.
- Golden Shears Hair Studio reserves the right to substitute any Hairdresser practitioner of equivalent or higher seniority should the originally assigned stylist be unavailable on the scheduled date.
