- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Hairdresser service prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in product costs or labor rates in Mexico, Mexico City.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking of the Hairdresser team. The remaining 60% is due upon completion of all services.
- All Hairdresser services are subject to a prior scalp and hair-condition assessment. If the Hairdresser determines that a service cannot be safely performed, an alternative will be proposed at no additional cost.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled Hairdresser session value.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The Hairdresser establishment reserves the right to modify the scope of work with written consent from the client.
- All services are performed in compliance with the health and safety regulations established by the Secretaría de Salud in Mexico, Mexico City. Our Hairdresser team holds valid professional licenses and certifications.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (SPEI), credit/debit card, or cash at our Mexico, Mexico City location. A fiscal invoice (factura) will be issued in accordance with SAT regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the State of Mexico City, Mexico, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
