This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kathmandu Premium Hair Studio Pvt. Ltd., a licensed and registered Hairdresser and beauty services provider operating in the heart of Nepal Kathmandu. The purpose of this document is to provide Mr. Rajesh Shrestha with a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all proposed hairdressing services, associated costs, and applicable terms for the upcoming wedding season package. 2. Scope of Services & Itemized Pricing

3. Payment Terms & Schedule
As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the total payment of NPR 73,224 shall be settled according to the following schedule:
- Advance Payment (50%): NPR 36,612 due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- Balance Payment (50%): NPR 36,612 due on the day of the wedding event or within 7 calendar days thereafter.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to Kathmandu Premium Hair Studio Pvt. Ltd. (Nabil Bank, Account No. 001-4567890), mobile banking (eSewa, Khalti), or cash at our Nepal Kathmandu studio located on Boudha Road. All payments are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Government of Nepal.
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on product costs and market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- All Hairdresser services will be performed by certified and experienced stylists from our Kathmandu team. The lead stylist assigned to this package will be confirmed in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.
- The client agrees to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling of the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- All hair products used in this package are sourced from internationally recognized brands and are stored and handled in compliance with Nepal's health and safety standards. Product allergies should be disclosed during the initial consultation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include additional services not explicitly listed in Section 2. Any supplementary requests will be quoted separately at the standard Hairdresser rate card of our Nepal Kathmandu studio.
- Our studio operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-location services within the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur) are available by prior arrangement.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Nepal Kathmandu), both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for rescheduling without penalty.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding proposal upon written acceptance by the client. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Client satisfaction is our priority. Should the client be dissatisfied with any aspect of the Hairdresser service delivery, a complimentary touch-up session will be provided within 48 hours of the event.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Hairdresser services to be provided in Nepal Kathmandu. This document serves as the formal basis for the service agreement between both parties.
