1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in product costs, exchange rates, or operational adjustments within our New Zealand Wellington studio.
2. Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), EFTPOS, and bank transfer. A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment with our Hairdresser team.
3. Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value.
4. Service Guarantee: As a registered Hairdresser operating under the Hairdressers' Association of New Zealand, we guarantee client satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please inform your Hairdresser before leaving the salon, and we will address your concerns at no additional cost.
