- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in product costs within Nigeria Lagos.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to NGN 276,250.00, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Hairdresser's schedule for the event date.
- The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be paid in full on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of styling services.
- All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the studio's designated account, or by certified cheque. Cash payments exceeding NGN 100,000 are not accepted in line with Nigeria's Central Bank regulations.
- Crown & Curl Hair Studio reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Lagos, power outages, or government-mandated closures.
- The Hairdresser team will arrive at the designated venue no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled styling time. The client is responsible for providing a suitable, well-lit workspace at the venue.
- All products used in this package are sourced from reputable suppliers in Lagos, Nigeria, and are free from harmful chemicals. The client should disclose any known allergies or sensitivities during the consultation session.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include photography, makeup services, or wardrobe alterations. Separate quotations may be provided upon request for additional services.
- Any changes to the scope of work after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised estimate and written approval from both parties.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not serve as a binding contract until the deposit is received and both parties have signed the acceptance section below.
