- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes in Hairdresser service pricing due to product cost fluctuations in the Philippines Manila market after the expiration date will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- A fifty percent (50%) down payment, amounting to PHP 7,280.00, is required to secure the appointment date and time slot with our senior Hairdresser team. The remaining balance of PHP 7,280.00 shall be settled on the day of service.
- Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), GCash, Maya, and bank transfer to our BDO account in Philippines Manila. All transactions are subject to standard processing fees where applicable.
- Rescheduling of the appointment must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service will incur a 25% penalty fee on the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- All Hairdresser services are performed by licensed professionals registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines. Our Philippines Manila studio operates in full compliance with the Department of Health (DOH) and local government unit (LGU) regulations for beauty and hairdressing establishments.
- Product brands used in all treatments are sourced from internationally recognized manufacturers and are subject to availability. In the event of a product discontinuation, an equivalent or superior alternative will be substituted at no additional cost, subject to client approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the down payment has been received in full. The final agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Any additional services requested on the day of the appointment beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard Hairdresser service rates posted in our Philippines Manila studio.
