- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Hairdresser studio reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in product costs, exchange rates, or changes in municipal service regulations applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- All Hairdresser services listed in this estimate will be performed exclusively at our licensed premises on Nevsky Prospekt, Saint Petersburg, Russia. The salon holds a valid SanPiN certificate and a business licence for the provision of hairdressing and cosmetology services.
- The client is required to make a deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (&rub; 7,884) at the time of booking to secure the appointment slot. The remaining balance is due upon completion of all services.
- Payment may be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer, cash, or any major payment card accepted at our Hairdresser studio. International card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge as per the card issuer’s terms.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- All Hairdresser products used during the session are of professional grade and comply with the safety standards of the Russian Federation. The client will be informed of all ingredients prior to application to prevent allergic reactions.
