The Hairdresser team at Salon de Lumière exclusively utilizes professional salon lines including Wella, L'Oréal Professionnel, and Korean domestic brands such as Amorepacific Professional and LG H&H. All color formulations and keratin solutions are dermatologically tested and comply with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) regulations in South Korea. The Hairdresser assigned to your appointment will conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to any color application to ensure no allergic reaction occurs.
4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiration date due to fluctuations in product costs within the South Korea Seoul market.
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% (KRW 237,600) of the grand total is required to confirm the appointment with your designated Hairdresser. The deposit is transferable to another date with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit 50% of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the entire deposit.
- Price Adjustments: Should the Hairdresser determine during the in-salon consultation that additional services or products are required beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate, the client will be informed of the additional cost prior to any further work being performed. No extra charges will be applied without explicit client consent.
- Payment Methods: Payment may be made via cash, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay), Korean mobile payment (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss), or bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Korean Won (KRW).
- Warranty: The Hairdresser team guarantees satisfaction with the cut and styling for a period of seven (7) days from the service date. Color and keratin treatments carry a 14-day correction window. Any re-service within this period will be performed at no additional charge.
