Important: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to reschedule the appointment, a minimum of 24 hours prior notice is required. Our Hairdresser team in Sri Lanka Colombo operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday appointments are available by prior arrangement only. All products used in this service package are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. The client is advised to inform our Hairdresser of any known allergies or scalp conditions prior to the session.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and mobile payment (eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi) as commonly used in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and secure the preferred time slot with our Hairdresser.
- Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional services not explicitly listed above. Any supplementary treatments requested during the session will be quoted separately and require client approval before commencement.
