The following Hairdresser services have been requested and are included in this Quotation Estimate. Each service will be performed by a certified and experienced Hairdresser professional at our studio located in the heart of Sudan Khartoum, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, skill, and client satisfaction in accordance with Sudanese cosmetic industry regulations.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Hairdresser studio reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in product costs within Sudan Khartoum.
• Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (SDG 157,850) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance (SDG 157,850) shall be settled in full on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of any Hairdresser services.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen days will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will forfeit the entire deposit.
• Rescheduling: One complimentary rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a Hairdresser team availability fee of SDG 5,000.
• Products and Allergies: The client must disclose any known hair or scalp allergies at the time of the initial consultation. The Hairdresser team in Sudan Khartoum will perform a patch test 48 hours before any color application. The studio is not liable for adverse reactions to products the client has previously used independently.
• On-Site Services: For the event-day on-site Hairdresser team, the client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, seating, and electrical access at the venue. Travel time within the Sudan Khartoum city limits is included; travel to Omdurman or Bahri districts beyond 15 km will incur an additional transport surcharge of SDG 3,000.
• Warranty: All Hairdresser styling work is guaranteed for a period of forty-eight (48) hours from completion. Minor touch-ups within this window will be performed at no additional cost. Structural damage caused by the client's own handling or environmental factors is excluded.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Khartoum Commercial Court.

All Hairdresser professionals assigned to this engagement hold valid Sudanese Ministry of Health cosmetic practitioner licenses. The studio maintains full insurance coverage for on-site services conducted anywhere within Sudan Khartoum. This Quotation Estimate includes all standard tools, sanitization supplies, and premium-grade products. Any additional or premium product requests beyond those listed above will be quoted separately and require prior written approval from the client.
