1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by Siam Elegance Hair Studio for the provision of Hairdresser services as described herein. Acceptance of this quotation shall create a binding service agreement between the parties.
2. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, equivalent to THB 67,142.50, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Hairdresser team's schedule. The remaining balance shall be due upon completion of all services.
3. All Hairdresser services will be performed by licensed and certified professionals at our registered premises in Thailand Bangkok, in full compliance with the Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations governing beauty and hairdressing establishments.
4. Rescheduling of appointments must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the booked service value.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional services not explicitly itemized above. Any supplementary Hairdresser treatments requested on the day of service will be quoted separately at our standard menu rates.
6. All products used in the Hairdresser treatments are of premium grade and sourced from authorized distributors. We guarantee product authenticity and safety in accordance with Thai consumer protection laws.
7. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the client named above. Any change in the scope of Hairdresser services or the number of recipients will require a revised quotation.
8. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any legal proceedings shall take place in the competent courts of Thailand Bangkok.
