This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule. As a registered Hairdresser business operating in Turkey Istanbul, we accept payments in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to our account at Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul branch, or in US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) exchange rate on the day of payment. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required within seven (7) business days of acceptance to secure the Hairdresser team and on-site setup dates. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be settled within five (5) business days following the completion of all services in Turkey Istanbul. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 3.5% in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on current product costs and Hairdresser labour rates in Turkey Istanbul.
4.2 The Hairdresser team will arrive at the designated venue in Turkey Istanbul no later than 07:00 on the first day of service to complete setup. The client is responsible for providing a dedicated, accessible room of minimum 40 square metres with electrical supply (220V) and running water.
4.3 All Hairdresser services will be performed in strict compliance with the Turkish Ministry of Health hygiene and sanitation regulations. Each Hairdresser professional will present a valid health certificate (Sağlık Kurulu Raporu) prior to commencing work.
4.4 Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a charge of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
4.5 Any additional Hairdresser services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard Turkey Istanbul retail rates published on our website and will require written approval from the client before execution.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. Upon signature, it becomes a legally binding service agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
4.7 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Hairdresser services to be delivered in Turkey Istanbul.
