Scope of Hairdresser Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kampala Elite Hair Studio, a registered and licensed Hairdresser establishment operating in Uganda Kampala, to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional hairdressing services for the client. The following services have been tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client for a three-month corporate engagement. All services will be delivered by certified and experienced Hairdresser professionals at our studio located on Kampala Road, or at the client's premises in central Uganda Kampala as agreed upon in the service schedule.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on current market rates for Hairdresser products and services in Uganda Kampala.
• All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of all professional Hairdresser labor. Product costs are itemized separately where applicable.
• Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining balance due at the conclusion of the three-month service period. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Kampala Elite Hair Studio's account at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Kampala Branch, or by certified cheque.
• The Hairdresser team will arrive at the client's designated location in Uganda Kampala at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
• All Hairdresser services are performed using professional-grade, dermatologically tested products. The client is advised to inform the Hairdresser of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the first session.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a Service Agreement will be executed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
• Kampala Elite Hair Studio is fully insured and registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB). All Hairdresser staff hold valid professional certifications and health clearance certificates as required by the Kampala Capital City Authority.
• Any additional Hairdresser services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard rates applicable in Uganda Kampala at the time of service delivery.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Hairdresser services in Uganda Kampala and agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the engagement of Kampala Elite Hair Studio as the client's dedicated Hairdresser provider for the specified period.
