This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on product cost fluctuations and market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
All services listed herein are to be performed by a certified and licensed Hairdresser at our primary salon location in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, or at the client's designated corporate address within the Abu Dhabi emirate boundaries.
Payment terms: 50% advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the final service session. Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UAE Pass-verified digital wallet.
The corporate grooming package (Ref. 06) is billed on a monthly basis. Cancellation of any scheduled session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee of AED 200 per missed appointment.
All hairdresser services are subject to a pre-service consultation. The senior hairdresser reserves the right to modify the treatment plan if the client's hair or scalp condition warrants an alternative approach for optimal results.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be issued in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Al Noor Hair Studio & Salon holds a valid trade license issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) and is registered with the Federal Tax Authority for VAT purposes. License No.: AD-DED-2012-44871.
All products used in the hairdresser services are sourced from internationally recognized brands and comply with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) regulations for cosmetic and personal care products.
Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written client approval before execution.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
