Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should you wish to proceed after the expiry date, we reserve the right to reissue this Quotation Estimate at prevailing rates, as product costs and service pricing at our Hairdresser studio in Manchester, United Kingdom, may be subject to periodic adjustment.
2. Booking & Scheduling: Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, our reception team will contact you within two working days to confirm your appointment slot. The full treatment session is estimated to take approximately four (4) hours and fifteen (4) minutes, including all services listed above. We recommend arriving fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
3. Payment Terms: Full payment of £534.00 (inclusive of VAT) is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), contactless payments, and bank transfer. A 10% deposit of £53.40 is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
5. Allergies & Sensitivities: As a responsible Hairdresser operating in Manchester, United Kingdom, we require all clients to disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, or previous adverse reactions to hair products. A patch test will be performed 48 hours prior to any colour application at no additional cost.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the work of every Hairdresser in our Manchester, United Kingdom studio. Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of your haircut or styling, we will re-address the concern within seven (7) days of your appointment at no additional charge. Colour corrections may be subject to a separate assessment.
