3. Scheduling & Location Details
All Hairdresser services outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be performed at our primary studio located at 4217 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, Los Angeles, California 90027, United States. The bridal trial run is scheduled for August 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and the wedding-day styling is confirmed for August 16, 2025, at 7:00 AM. The post-wedding cut and the 30-day follow-up touch-up will be scheduled at the client's convenience within the validity period of this Quotation Estimate. Please note that our Hairdresser team operates Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays and major United States federal holidays.
4. Payment Terms & Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost ($466.75) is required to secure the Hairdresser appointment dates. The remaining balance of 75% ($1,400.23) is due on the day of the wedding-day styling service. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. A 1.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. Rescheduling must be requested no fewer than 72 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% rescheduling fee will be applied. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled Hairdresser appointment will forfeit the full deposit. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a signed service agreement is executed by both parties.
