• Liability: The Hairdresser and the salon shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or adverse responses to hair products unless the client has disclosed relevant medical history during the consultation. All clients are advised to request a patch test forty-eight hours prior to any color service.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, United States New York City.
