- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and secure your appointment slot with our Hairdresser team. The remaining balance is due on the day of service delivery.
- Payment may be made in Zimbabwe Dollars (ZWL), United States Dollars (USD), or via EFT to our registered business account at CBZ Bank, Harare Main Branch. Mobile money (EcoCash) payments are also accepted for amounts up to ZWL 5,000.
- All Hairdresser services are performed by licensed and certified professionals registered with the Zimbabwe Hairdressers Association. Our studio operates in full compliance with the Zimbabwe National Standards Authority (ZS) regulations for personal care services.
- Rescheduling of appointments must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of ZWL 500.00 to cover the reserved time slot of our Hairdresser staff.
- Our home visit service is available within the Harare metropolitan area, including Avondale, Mount Pleasant, Borrowdale, Greendale, Waterfalls, and surrounding suburbs. Travel to areas beyond the Harare city boundary will attract an additional transport surcharge.
- All products used in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from reputable international suppliers and are stored under appropriate conditions at our Harare facility. We guarantee product authenticity and safety.
- In the unlikely event of a client allergy or adverse reaction to any product used during the Hairdresser session, our studio carries full public liability insurance. However, clients are advised to disclose any known allergies during the initial consultation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the required deposit has been received. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement will be issued.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction lying in the High Court of Harare.
