4. 5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Human Resources Manager candidate pool may be subject to revision.
- The services described herein are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Meridian Talent Solutions S.A. guarantees the professional qualifications of the Human Resources Manager candidate. In the event the candidate does not meet the agreed-upon competency profile within the first 60 days, a replacement search will be conducted at no additional cost.
- All personal data processed during the recruitment and onboarding of the Human Resources Manager shall comply with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and the regulations issued by the National Data Protection Agency (AAIPD).
